Given the relatively limited number of square meters of the apartment, efficient use of space was a requirement. All stays for basic living needs (eating, sleeping, washing) are located on one floor, while the working and the guest rooms are on the first floor. 
Central to the apartment is a column of approximately 16 m2 in which the kitchen, staircase and wall units have been processed. In each adjoining room, also from the void, a portion of the column to see so that there is always (visual) contact with this center core. From the office on the mezzanine is a wonderful view of the Three River Point.
