For Endenburg Elektrotechniek, new insights into healthy and dynamic working were the time to adjust the accommodation and to ensure, even more than before, a safe working environment based on movement and sustainability.
Endenburg has been around for 90 years this year. The company has grown into an innovative organization when it comes to organizational form and technical innovation. Endenburg wants to be and remain an attractive and challenging employer for new and existing employees. New furniture, a sophisticated lighting plan and large wall photos determine the new atmosphere of the working environment. To make the identity of Endenburg recognizable, we opted for a technical look. In the interior, the furniture design is combined with photo panels that visualize the work area and the projects of Endenburg. Each image has a moving element to emphasize the dynamics.
The various work forms (sitting and standing), including the central hall, the meeting rooms and the office spaces, give the office more dynamism.

The realization came about in collaboration with VDL vision formers. They developed the vision for Endenburg, drew up the schedule of requirements and carried out the supervision.
