same-d is asked to make a design for the interior of the Chamber of Charitate where the historic character would be preserved.

The Chamber of Charitate, an urban institution founded in 1597 for the benefit of poor relief, is currently being used for meetings. The room and the adjoining garden can also be rented as a wedding location.

In the renovated interior, lighting, technology and furniture are in keeping with the wishes of our time. As a connection between the original and the contemporary elements, same-d designed the carpet. Due to the use of color of the carpet and the combination of monumental and contemporary colors and shapes, the monumental character was preserved.
In addition to the visual aspect, the carpet also improved acoustics in the room.
