Same-D designed the layout, design and materialization of this new complex in Rotterdam Kralingen.
The apartment accommodates a spacious living room with seating and dining areas and a separate TV room. There is also a kitchen with cooking island and a master bedroom with walk in closet and a master bathroom.
Besides a study room offers a bedroom and a guest bathroom.

We opted for a striking finish of the center core. At its core is a place for wet rooms, cloakroom, pantry and shafts.

At the site of the second door was a storage room with laundry.
