The Singelpark in Leiden is a citizens' initiative. The project Singelpark of Leiden will be the longest and most beautiful park in the Netherlands. The old rampart with 6.1 km is the longest ramparts in the Netherlands and perhaps in Europe.
Connecting, greening and strengthen are the three pillars on which the plan is built: the current green gets more quality, new green is added, fences and other obstacles are removed and new bridges built.
The icons in the logo represent the opportunities in each area of the park. This creates a dynamic logo that can always change. A logo that gives a geographical view of the citypark on the canals of Leiden.
There are about 40 icons created that are individually applied to applications such as routing, signing and possible merchandising.

The babygarden of the Singelpark is the first concrete example where the icons are applied to signing and on a container where all the materials of the culture garden are stored.
